Notre Dame Pass In Review
Each year, the Tri Military Command of Notre Dame ROTC present themselves for a Pass In Review - a long-standing military tradition that began as a way for a newly assigned commander to inspect his troops. The troops have performed this symbolic display of skill and precision for the University President since the presidency of Rev. Theodore M. Hesburgh, C.S.C. Today, Rev. John I. Jenkins, C.S.C., observes the tradition and speaks to those in the ROTC command every Spring.
