TJ Siva

Biography

TJ is originally from Dayton, Ohio. He completed his undergraduate degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio where he majored in Business Management and Entrepreneurial Studies. He participated in Army ROTC and was commissioned as a Field Artillery Officer in 2019.

TJ served as a fire support officer in the Ohio National Guard for four years, including Army Ranger School, Joint Readiness Training Center and a year-long deployment to the Middle East.

Upon his return, he decided to pursue an MBA, and decided on Mendoza for its active veteran engagement, expansive network and career opportunities.
