Amanda Schell

Amanda Schell is a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 2 with expertise in Signals Intelligence and Cyber Operations. Her military career began as a Thai cryptologic linguist and concluded in 2023, following leadership of SIGINT teams during deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan and oversight of cyberspace operations with the U.S. Central Command, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, and U.S. Army Cyber Command.

 

Following her transition from active duty, Amanda has advised Kosovo's Ministry of Defense on the modernization of intelligence and electronic warfare capabilities, and planned cyberspace operations for the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Pacific, and led the intelligence team for a newly established Navy cyber defense organization.

 

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from Hawai'i Pacific University and is a member of the University of Notre Dame's ESTEEM Master's Class of 2027. She is scheduled to begin an Executive MBA at the Mendoza College of Business in 2027. Amanda continues to support her communities through entrepreneurship, cybersecurity workforce development, and initiatives for veteran transition.
