Elizabeth Georges

Elizabeth “Liz” Georges is a Chicago native and Army veteran currently living in the Michiana area. She served 14 years in the Army Reserve and National Guard as a Radiologic Technologist, deploying to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2005 to 2006. Her experiences as a Sergeant and Squad Leader helped shape her commitment to service, resilience, and caring for others under pressure.
After the military, Liz built a diverse career across healthcare, automotive sales, entrepreneurship, wellness coaching, and hospitality operations. She is the founder of VibrantSoul Coaching, LLC, and serves as Director of Events and Corporate Development at South Bend Social Catering, where she helps grow the company through operational leadership, client experience, team development, and community-centered hospitality. A longtime community connector, Liz has served in entrepreneurship, veteran, and civic spaces throughout the Michiana area, including roles with 1 Million Cups Mishawaka, the Student Veteran Organization at IUSB, VFW Post 360, and Toastmasters.
Liz earned her Bachelor of General Studies from Indiana University South Bend in 2014. As an Executive MBA candidate at the University of Notre Dame, Liz is deepening her leadership, strategy, and business skills to scale organizations that bring people together, and she sees Notre Dame as a place of energy, purpose, and belonging.
