Griffin Leis

Griffin Leis is a member of the Notre Dame MBA Class of 2028 and a proud U.S. Army veteran. Originally from Shakopee, Minnesota, he enlisted in the Army at 18 years old and served six years on active duty as a Psychological Operations Specialist, with deployments to the Sahel region of West Africa and Central Europe. After earning his undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of St. Thomas, Griffin developed a passion for strategy, customer experience, and the aviation industry through volunteer service at Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport.

At Notre Dame, he looks forward to becoming involved with the MBA Veterans Club, continuing his French language studies, and connecting with fellow veterans and the broader Notre Dame community. Following graduation, he hopes to pursue a career in commercial strategy within the aviation industry.
