Ryan McNeil

Lieutenant Commander McNeil is a native of Plymouth, Indiana. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and commissioned into active service in May of 2016.

Lieutenant Commander McNeil’s operational assignments include Support Officer, USCGC RESOLUTE (WMEC-620); Deployable Team Leader, Maritime Safety and Security Team Los Angeles / Long Beach (91103); Search and Rescue Coordinator, Pacific Area Command Center; and Executive Officer, Maritime Safety and Security Team San Francisco (91105).

He is currently an MBA Candidate at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, Class of 2028.
Lieutenant Commander McNeil is qualified in Advanced Boat Forces Operations, Response Operations Ashore, and Deployable Specialized Forces Operations.

He and his wife Maggie reside in South Bend, IN with their children Jay and Reagan.
